Wyatt and I went to a small festival at Conner Prairie this weekend with my friend Angela and her family. Of course it was 90 degrees and sweltering, but we had fun anyway.

I gave my friend Angela my camera to take pictures of Dora and Diego to prove we went to the festival. Ever since birth, Wyatt has had a fear of anything where he can't see their face, especially if they are big and look stuffed. This year the Easter bunny was extremely frightening and apparently so are Dora and Diego. I thought he would make an exception, but next time I will save my money.... By the look of the picture Angela's little one, Maddie, was not fond of Dora either but she braved it.

P.S. Dora and Diego were in a barn on the farm and Wyatt was standing in the back waiting for everyone.

Summer Fun

My sister bought one of those big blow up slides for the kids for the summer. Wyatt and the girls are having a blast!!!! I love it because after an afternoon of this he sleeps like a log. This is one of the many things keeping up busy. I will update with more pics later!

Wyatt had so much fun with the gentleman taking the pictures that every picture is him cracking up. I asked the guy to try and get a picture with Wyatt half way serious. Good luck!! Anyway, I had to share because some of the pictures are priceless, especially the one with the drool.

Hot Boots!!

Where is the camera when you need it!! Yesterday I was outside doing my manly duties; trimming and mowing the yard and Wyatt was supposed to be taking a nap. Well, I turn around and Wyatt is behind me with a outfit to kill.

Apparently, the pair of flip flops or the two pairs of crocs by the back door were not good enough. Instead, his shoes of choice were his Spider man snow boots. The best part was he put his shorts on himself , and both legs ended up in one side of the shorts!!! Like I said, I wish I had my camera.
